Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order via our accepted methods. All transactions are in British Pounds (GBP).


Shipping and Delivery

  4. To minimise the risk of damage during transit, we partner with DPD and utilise their shop-to-door delivery option. This means your order will be carefully packaged and delivered directly to your doorstep by DPD couriers. Rest assured, we take every precaution to ensure your fragile items arrive safely and intact.
  5. Fragile Item Handling: We understand the importance of handling fragile items with care. Our packaging is designed to provide maximum protection during transit, reducing the risk of damage.

Returns & refunds


Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
